Junior Content Producer (Apprenticeship)

After previously mentoring two junior creatives through our Midnight Movement Studio, we're delighted to announce another exciting opportunity for a young, dynamic and well rounded individual to take part in this 12 month, level 3 Junior Content Producer apprenticeship, in partnership with Big Creative Education.

Main Description
Working closely alongside the directors of the company, a Junior Content Producer at Midnight Movement is responsible for developing and creating content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast or in print.



Working to a customer brief and following company procedures a Junior Content Producer will prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement, capturing the strategy and objectives of the brand and needs of the customer they are representing.
The content they create can be used as part of media, advertising and marketing campaigns and will capture what is exciting about a campaign.
This Junior Content Producer role will cover various aspects of design including:


  • Artworking graphic elements for digital and print marketing campaigns

  • Working with after effects templates to produce dynamic animated video assets

  • Basic video editing and working on creative social media content solutions

Please note: This is a remote working role with the expectation that the team will meet in person at different points throughout the programme.

Entry Requirements
Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Things To Consider
You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the qualification and job role. You will work at Midnight Movement 80% of the time, and 20% of your time working toward a L3 vocational accreditation in content production.

Future Prospects
Future prospects will be considered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
